As a nurse leader, I am proud to be instrumental in developing healthcare programs that address the full range of the human experience, all ages and stages of life. My skills include strategist, relator, innovator and communicator. My professional achievements encompass the development of care models that address health equity, rising costs and increasing patient complexities, thereby aligning the care delivery system with the Quadruple Aim. I am passionate about providing high quality services and building engaged teams that support patient needs across the care continuum.

My academic background includes a Bachelors's and Master's in Nursing. In December 2020, I conclude my Doctoral education at the University of Colorado in Health Systems and Leadership. Through my DNP project and following the acquisition of the degree, I will continue efforts on the

development of integrated care delivery models and evolving nursing frameworks to foster nursing excellence for improved patient outcomes. I enjoy coaching, mentoring, shaping and forming the experience of aspiring nurses, and aspiring nurse leaders.

When work, school and teaching aren't keeping me busy, family, friends and creative endeavors are. Throughout each encounter and challenge, I remain grateful for all that I learn and all those who allow me to touch their lives, and they mine.

CREATIVITY

There really is no limit to what imagination creates from what the eye and heart see. For me, my medium lies in flowers, drawing, cooking, fiber arts to name a few. I am not a photographer, painter, sculptor, or paper artist, but I appreciate those who are and relish in what their skills teach me.

The perfect amalgamation of creative efforts and clinical science is born when I create care models and envision how to coordinate and inspire teams to achieve success.
